8. Shipping & Returns
Delivery Times:
- Tbilisi, Georgia: 3–5 business days ( 5 GEL )
- Rest of Georgia: 4–7 business days ( 5 GEL )
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable
Returns:
At Vein Store, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Exceptions:
- If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.
